Job description

  • Minimum 7-8years' experience with at least 2-4 years of team management
  • Onsite Technical Lead (eCommerce / MarTech)ย with a strong focus on analytics integration and data tracking
  • They want hands on MarTech / Analytics Engineering Leads with Strong frontend engineering skills withย deep tagging and analytics experience
  • The spilt will be about 70% leadership / coordination and 30% hands-on technical work
  • They will lead our engineering team while serving as the primary architect for our data collection systems.
  • The ideal candidate will combine deep web development capabilities with expert-level knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch (Tags), and Google Analyticsย to ensure a high-performing storefront backed by robust, compliant, and accurate tracking data.
  • 5+ years of dedicated development experience on enterprise commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Headless architectures).
  • Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, PHP, or Liquid/Ruby).
  • Direct hands-on experience configuring Adobe Launchย (AEP Data Collection Web SDK and Edge Network).
  • Advanced proficiency writing custom JavaScript within tag management systems to parse and validate complex data payloads.
  • Expert-level understanding of both Adobe Analyticsย (SDR design, custom eVars, props, and success events) and Google Analytics 4ย (custom dimensions, parameters, and recommended event structures).
