In this remote position, you will become a vital member of our care team, employing various therapeutic modalities to engage clients. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a balanced work-life routine.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorders and therapy needs, aiming to identify the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individual treatment plans tailored to their personal goals and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in your practice, adapting these methods to the unique context of each client.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, equipping them with valuable knowledge for their mental health journey.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on their responses and challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical specialists to provide integrated care that addresses both psychological and physical health needs.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
