Team and Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to join our Brand Solutions team. This position will play a key role in the management and growth of our client services and hospitality group. The candidate should have proven skills in property and asset management, hospitality management, on-site event activation, and experience interacting with clients and working effectively in a global environment. The candidate will execute hospitality programs / events that include hotel block coordination, transportation and offsite events. This role will involve direct interaction with senior level clients and colleagues.
The senior manager will be the day-to-day contact with the client and agency partners. The ideal candidate will have previous brand strategy experience, hospitality, partnership marketing and agency experience, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of global hospitality programs with a focus on VIP event / hospitality execution
  • Contribute to the development of strategy and deliver new thinking to bring partnerships to life
  • Day to day involvement on specific partnerships, in basketball, tennis and motorsports space among other marquee global sports events
  • Liaise with clients daily to ensure needs are being met and goals are being exceeded
  • Execute and manage on-site activations
  • Create and present PowerPoint presentations to sell strategy recommendations through to client, and recap work
  • Work with internal and external parties and stakeholders to ensure efficient use of property assets

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years in a hospitality/event management and/or sponsorship marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports and entertainment management or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience working with brand partnership marketing ideally with a focus on in the hospitality and experiential space
  • Experience working with complex event logistics including transportation, hotel, food and beverage and guest experience

Competitive Qualifications
  • Experience building strategy/hospitality programs from ideation to execution
  • Sponsorship and on-site hospitality activation experience
  • Working proficiency in professional sports and/or culinary, arts, cultural and lifestyle properties

Success in Role Looks Like
  • Strong communication and writing skills required. Taking great notes and sending recaps at the right communication level.
  • Comfort with VVIP guest profile and engagement
  • Passion for hospitality/events and providing VIP service
  • Knowledge of the marquee global event landscape
  • Experience presenting to and engaging with high-level clients
  • Excellent strategic use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word development
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and with multiple partners
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to problem solve/work effectively under pressure and attention to detail

  • Essential duties are performed remote with nights, weekends and/or travel for client programs and events
  • Ability to travel 30%
