About the Opportunity

League Outfitters is looking for an experienced, hands-on Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Specialist to help optimize and grow our business across Amazon and Walmart.


This is not an entry-level e-commerce position. We are looking for someone with direct experience working inside Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central who understands what it takes to successfully handle marketplace accounts, product listings, large catalogs, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, account health, and day-to-day marketplace issues.


You will play an important role in improving product visibility, increasing sales, maintaining accurate and compliant listings, analyzing marketplace performance, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our headquarters in Jessup, Maryland 20723.


What You'll Do

  • Help manage the day-to-day operation of our Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central accounts.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across both marketplaces.
  • Work with a large and complex product catalog, including product setup, variations, attributes, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, and other listing data.
  • Conduct regular catalog and listing audits to ensure accuracy, optimization, compliance, and strong marketplace performance.
  • Troubleshoot suppressed listings, catalog errors, variation issues, policy violations, account issues, and other marketplace problems.
  • Monitor account health and help ensure continued compliance with Amazon and Walmart policies.
  • Manage and optimize marketplace pricing and learn to leverage our repricing tool.
  • Identify opportunities to improve FBA, FBM, inventory, pricing, promotions, and overall marketplace performance.
  • Monitor sales, conversion rates, potential advertising ROI, customer behavior, reviews, pricing, and other key performance metrics.
  • Analyze marketplace data and develop actionable recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
  • Prepare reports and insights for senior management.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, listings, positioning, and marketplace activity.
  • Stay current with Amazon and Walmart platform changes, policies, trends, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with our fulfillment team to help ensure marketplace orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Help maintain a strong customer experience and marketplace reputation.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central.
  • Direct experience with marketplace repricing tools.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon and Walmart marketplace operations and best practices.
  • Experience working with large product catalogs and bulk product data.
  • Experience with FBA, FBM, inventory management, pricing, promotions, catalog management, and account health.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, listing optimization, and PPC fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn marketplace data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with large amounts of product data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.


Advanced Excel Skills Required

This role involves significant product, pricing, inventory, and marketplace data management. Candidates should be comfortable using Excel on a daily basis, including:

  • PivotTables

  • Power Query
  • CSV file manipulation
  • Large catalog and bulk marketplace uploads
