Job description

SupervisionReports to: Director of E-Commerce Marketing
Come grow with us!Working at ViewSonic is a unique opportunity to do rewarding, meaningful, high-visibility work for a global leader in visual technology. At ViewSonic, we are celebrating nearly 4 decades of excellence, carrying on the same entrepreneurial spirit and innovation we've had since 1987. Our brand and products are well-known throughout the industry. As a result, we are growing quickly and are looking for energetic, motivated team members to expand our nest.
Your Role and ImpactThe E-Commerce Marketing Manager will own and scale ViewSonic's Amazon US/Canada business, primarily Vendor Central (1P) with a smaller Seller Central marketplace presence, and its Viewsonic.com D2C growth engine as a single, unified marketing function, content, organic and paid discovery, Brand Store, content syndication, and lifecycle retention, and set the standards, playbooks, and measurement frameworks that Western Europe (VSE) and International (VSI) adopt as the U.S. standards for Global eCommerce & Agentic Commerce.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Organic & Content Ownership (Amazon & D2C)
  • Own Amazon US and Canada marketing performance end to end, primarily Vendor Central (1P) with Seller Central where applicable: organic ranking, traffic, conversion, and revenue contribution.
  • Manage the full product detail page content stack: Titles, Bullet Points, Product Descriptions, Backend Search Terms, Browse Nodes, PDP A+ and Premium A+ modules, Comparison Charts, and hotspot imagery, optimized for search ranking, conversion, and AI-powered discovery (Amazon Alexa+ for Shopping).
  • Own consumer SKU product pages on Viewsonic.com (Adobe Commerce): content accuracy, merchandising, conversion optimization, and AI/SEO readiness.

Content Syndication
  • Own content syndication services (Syndigo, NIQ): govern the master product content built on Amazon and D2C product pages, and ensure accurate, current, optimized content distribution across all retail accounts, one owner for the content source of truth.

Brand Store & Detail-Page Governance
  • Own the Amazon Brand Store: structure, navigation, category pages, and always-on product content, including Brand Store Detail Pages (BSDP); provide publish governance for campaign pages built by the Vertical Marketing Manager (Consumer).

Amazon & Cross-Retailer Advertising
  • Direct Amazon advertising strategy with the agency partner: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Video, DSP, and Sponsored Prompts (Beta), with accountability for ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS.
  • Extend advertising ownership across retail accounts: plan and run Commerce Media on Walmart Connect, Criteo, and other retailer networks, coordinated with the Operations & Marketplace Manager who owns those accounts' channel readiness. One advertising owner across every retail account, sized to the smaller non-Amazon budget.
  • Manage the Amazon Promotional Deal Calendar: Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, T5/T12, Lightning Deals, coupons, in alignment with the consumer Campaign Calendar.

D2C Growth, Merchandising & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Drive Viewsonic.com D2C growth for VSA: traffic acquisition, promotional execution, merchandising strategy, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Own D2C lifecycle and retention marketing: email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back), customer segmentation, automation, and the ViewSonic Rewards program as a managed lifecycle asset. Campaign broadcast emails remain with the VMM (Consumer), with deployment via the corporate digital marketing team.

Retail Readiness & Launch Execution
  • Own retail readiness and launch execution for new SKUs: listing creation, content audit, advertising setup, go-live sequencing, and Amazon Vine / review generation programs.
  • Partner with the Amazon sales lead on the shared conversion engine: promotion planning, data insights, return-rate signals, and conversion performance.

Measurement & Reporting
  • Own marketplace analytics and reporting (e.g., Intentwise, Kapoq): weekly performance readouts, share-of-voice tracking, competitive audits, and executive-level summaries.
  • Use Amazon Ad Tag 2.0 and D2C analytics to measure cross-channel Amazon-to-D2C performance, alongside marketplace-specific reporting.
  • Coordinate with the eCommerce Operations & Marketplace Manager, who owns reviews and Q&A response management, so review-generation strategy and response operations work as one motion.

AI & Agentic eCommerce
  • Operate AI-powered listing optimization agents for continuous improvement of titles, bullets, and keyword strategy based on performance signals.
  • Leverage generative-AI tools for draft content creation, A/B test variant generation, and copy adaptation.
  • Monitor AI agent outputs to verify brand accuracy, content compliance, and alignment with ViewSonic messaging standards.
  • Build product content structured for AI summarization: Q&A content, comparison data, and use-case-driven feature descriptions, optimized for Amazon Alexa+ for Shopping and AI shopping assistants.
  • Advance D2C catalog and syndicated content toward full AI-assistant and agentic-commerce readiness.

Your Profile
  • 5+ years in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) management and eCommerce marketing, including Seller Central marketplace experience, with people or agency management experience.
  • Deep experience with Vendor Central (1P) as the primary Amazon business, working familiarity with Seller Central, plus the Amazon Advertising console(s) and listing content workflows.
  • Experience building A+ Content and Premium A+ modules, including comparison charts and brand story layouts.
  • Experience with content syndication platforms (Syndigo, NIQ, or equivalent) and D2C eCommerce platforms: Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with marketplace analytics platforms (Intentwise, Kapoq, Helium 10, or equivalent).
  • Specifics, not slideware: able to walk through real Amazon or D2C programs you have run, the levers you pulled, and how you measured the result.
  • Right to work in the United States or Canada, as applicable.
  • Experience with Commerce Media networks beyond Amazon (Walmart Connect, Tradedesk, Criteo, etc) and lifecycle/email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketplace optimization tools, agentic platforms, and GEO/AEO content principles.
  • Prior exposure to setting or exporting a playbook across multiple regions or business units.
  • Detail-oriented operator with strong project management skills; able to run multiple launches, promotions, and optimization streams simultaneously.

What's in it for you:
  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options
  • 401k with company match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Company provided equipment

Work Environment & Requirements
  • Office Presence: Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days local offsite
  • Environment: Normal office conditions.
  • Physical Effort: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Hazards: Negligible, little or no exposure to hazards
