Job description

We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward
Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you've come to the right place.
The Business Analyst, Insights & Performance (Campaigns) turns campaign activity and funnel data into clear performance insight for the business. This role is responsible for measuring campaign effectiveness, analyzing pipeline impact, identifying trends and gaps, and helping marketing leaders make smarter investment and optimization decisions across programs, regions, and products.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics and activation, partnering closely with campaign operations, field marketing, ABM, digital, and leadership teams to connect performance metrics to action.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze campaign and program performance across channels, regions, audience segments, and products.
  • Build recurring and ad hoc reporting that surfaces performance trends, conversion patterns, engagement quality, and pipeline influence.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting views in tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and connected data environments.
  • Partner with campaign operations and marketing stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria before launch.
  • Translate complex data into concise, decision-ready recommendations for marketers and leadership.
  • Monitor campaign health and flag gaps in targeting, execution, follow-up, attribution, or data quality.
  • Support post-campaign readouts, quarterly business reviews, and planning cycles with performance insight and recommendations.
  • Work with GTM engineering and operations partners to improve tracking fidelity, taxonomy, and data model reliability.
  • Help standardize definitions, benchmarks, and reporting logic across the campaign portfolio.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in how Marketing Ops measures effectiveness and communicates value to the business.

What Success Looks Like
  • Campaign decisions are increasingly data-informed and less dependent on anecdotal feedback.
  • Reporting is trusted, timely, and easy for stakeholders to use.
  • Performance gaps are identified early and addressed with clear recommendations.
  • Marketing leaders can see not just what happened, but what to do next.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance analysis, business analysis, or Marketing Ops reporting.
  • Strong experience with BI and reporting tools, especially Power BI and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Demandbase, and related campaign data sources.
  • Ability to analyze funnel performance, attribution trends, and campaign outcomes in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both operators and leadership.
  • Detail orientation, curiosity, and a disciplined approach to data quality and interpretation.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred.
