Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Associate with marketing background with a passion for Technology solutions, events, business development, and digital marketing. This role will support demand generation, content creation, and brand positioning efforts to elevate Molaprise’s presence in the competitive tech landscape. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, technology solutions, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Technology-Focused Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Molaprise’s IT solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Content & Digital Marketing for IT Solutions

  • Create compelling technology-focused content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, and website updates.
  • Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn and social media campaigns to engage key decision-makers in the IT space.

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Support lead nurturing initiatives through marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Assist in developing sales collateral, presentations, and product datasheets.
  • Track and analyze marketing data to provide insights on campaign performance and customer engagement.

Tech Industry Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay up to date on technology trends, competitors, and emerging innovations.
  • Provide insights on industry shifts and opportunities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new IT services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technology marketing, preferably in B2B IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong content creation, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of paid media strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and web analytics tools.
