Job Purpose

SYNLawn is the industry leader in premium synthetic turf — engineered with renewable materials, USDA Biobased certified, and trusted by the world's top athletes, architects, and facility managers. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist and executor — someone who can build the brand, run campaigns, and hold themselves accountable to results.

This role owns the full marketing function for Landscape Turf (SYNLawn & White Label): strategy, demand generation, digital, content, events, and customer experience. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with sales, products, and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning
    • Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for SYNLawn
    • Annual and quarterly campaign planning across channels
    • Market segmentation, ICP definition, and content strategy
  • Execution & Activation
    • Demand generation — paid media, email, SEO, and digital
    • Website management, social media, and PR
    • Conference and trade show planning and execution
  • Data & Measurement
    • Marketing attribution, campaign ROI, and budget tracking
    • Brand health metrics and audience insights
    • Reporting cadence to CMO and leadership
  • Customer Experience
    • Customer journey mapping and Voice of Customer programs
    • NPS / CSAT insight to action plans
    • Retention marketing and lifecycle programs
