Turn business priorities into clear value propositions, marketing briefs, audience definitions, messaging frameworks, and integrated campaign plans. Use voice-of-customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance data to identify opportunities and sharpen strategy.

Coordinate cross-functionally-including digital, creative, content, communications, and marketing operations-to deliver integrated programs. Manage the annual events calendar and coordinate execution with business segment leaders. Support product launches, new-service introductions, customer initiatives, geographic expansion, and other strategic growth opportunities.

Establish KPIs and dashboards, ensure alignment with OTC's brand and marketing standards, and build trusted segment-leadership relationships. What You Need Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Five or more years of progressive marketing, brand, product marketing, commercial strategy, or go-to-market experience.

At least two years of direct people leadership or demonstrated experience coaching and developing marketing talent. Experience supporting B2B, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, technical, or other complex commercial businesses preferred. Demonstrated ability to build marketing strategies that connect directly to business objectives and measurable results.

Experience leading integrated marketing programs across digital, content, sales enablement, events, product marketing, and customer communications. Strong analytical and AI skills and comfort using market research, customer insights, campaign data, and business performance metrics to guide decisions. Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
