CrossCountry is seeking an experienced marketing executive to join our high-performing Marketing & Communications team and lead the integrated marketing strategy, planning, and execution for our solutions and partner ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with practice leaders and their teams, partner marketing organizations, sales, and other members of the marketing and communications team to create and implement strategic marketing plans, compelling content, and results-oriented campaigns and event programs for our solutions, industries, markets, and partnerships. You will report to the Marketing & Communications VP and lead a team.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing plans in alignment with the firm's growth strategy and business priorities, and marketing and communications strategy
  • Manage a team of 5+ marketing strategists aligned to solutions, technology partners, industries, markets, campaigns, and AI content development
  • Directly own marketing strategy and execution for a select portfolio of solutions alongside leading the broader team
  • Advance the team's AI-enabled marketing model, including our use of Jasper, across content development, campaign execution, market intelligence, and performance analysis, and continue to raise the bar on governance, quality standards, and adoption
  • Set the overall strategy for solution and ecosystem marketing, including the campaign and content strategy, campaign tiers, planning templates, success measures, and reporting
  • Drive a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and ROI measurement, using AI-powered analytics and performance insights to continuously improve marketing investments
  • Collaborate with practice leadership and other subject matter experts to develop and implement targeted content, campaigns, and event programs
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships across firm leadership and practices, serving as a strategic business partner who navigates competing priorities with executive presence
  • Set high quality standards for team deliverables and AI-generated content, ensuring consistency with our brand, voice, and content guidelines
  • Partner across the marketing team and firm to identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies, championing the adoption of AI and other emerging technologies to increase speed, quality, and impact
  • Stay current on marketing and industry trends that impact our business, clients, and go-to-market activities, and translate those trends into actionable recommendations

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field from an accredited university
  • 12+ years of experience in multi-channel B2B marketing strategy, content development, and campaign execution, including 4+ years in finance and accounting, private equity, or consulting
  • Proven success leading, developing, and growing high-performing marketing teams, with a track record of building a positive team environment where people do their best work
  • Demonstrated experience owning marketing for specific solutions, industries, or partnerships end-to-end, in addition to leading through others
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI into marketing workflows and standards, with strong judgment on where AI accelerates the work and where human oversight matters
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with senior firm leaders and external partners, translate complex subject matter for varied audiences, and navigate competing priorities
  • Strong creative and technical writing skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
