Job description

This position collaborates with senior leaders on budget planning and strategy development, oversees a team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery/execution of marketing initiatives, works cross-functionally with other teams/departments to understand initiative vision, and continuously evolves marketing practices.

This role will function as the primary point of contact for team issues, conduct market research, review customer key performance indicators, and enforce marketing regulations. Additionally, this role will influence the marketing technology roadmap, leverage data-driven decision-making, optimize marketing budgets, oversee entertainment and advertising initiatives and champion skill enhancement within the marketing team.

Successful completion of a four-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Communication with a specialization in Marketing. Certification in Event Planning, Project Management or Social Media is an asset. A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, including the practical application of marketing and advertising principles, strategic planning, budgeting, and data analysis. Experience in administrative, coordinator, or supervisory roles that involved event planning. Experience in managing operations. Project management experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities include: Strategic planning and collaboration with Marketing Directors and senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead a team of professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery/execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining standard customer experience practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Central Office and the casinos to understand initiative vision and customer experience requirements, particularly focusing on marketing-related products and services. Continuously evolve marketing practices, processes, and tools to adapt to changing industry trends and consumer preferences. Utilize analytics to inform and optimize marketing strategies, contribute to the formulation and management of marketing budgets, and track expenses to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Participate in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA's priorities.
