    • Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative approaches.
  • Proposal and Business Development:
    • Leading the end-to-end proposal development process, from opportunity identification to final submission.
    • Drive proposal strategy, including content development, messaging, and competitive positioning collaborating with subject matter experts.
    • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility, credibility and build trust and interest with our clients.
    • Manage CRM strategy and reporting; ensure data quality, usage adoption, and actionable insights to guide BD decisionmaking.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Working closely with the Communications and Strategic Projects Manager to develop key communications and content to support corporate and cross-business marketing.
    • Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal teams, industry partners, and clients to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

What qualifications are required for this role?

  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing and proposal development experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team of marketing and proposal professionals.
  • Proven expertise in strategic proposal development, with the ability to quickly understand complex service offerings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
