  • Experience with GA4 and HubSpot, plus familiarity with marketing reporting or media platforms such as TapClicks, Trade Desk, attribution, paid search and paid social platforms.
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear insights, executive summaries, recommendations, slides, one-sheeters, and stakeholder-ready narratives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, purchases, CPA, ROAS, revenue, attribution, budget pacing, and goal-versus-actual performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort reconciling data across multiple reports, workbooks, platforms, and stakeholder-provided source files.
  • Strong communication, organization, deadline management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, analytics, business, communications, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with an agency level client base and associated expectations for client service, analysis, recommendations, communication and reporting. Experience with B2B, legal centric, membership based and a professional services/product environment.
  • Experience with sales matchback reporting, order-level attribution, marketing-source reconciliation, or revenue attribution across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events, cookie-consent impacts, and marketing tracking QA.
