Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for ongoing management of quality website design, content and development projects to deliver the product on time and on budget for company web properties.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage profitable website design and development projects, redesign projects, and other technical integrations, or brand-related projects (video, content, SEO, logo, banner ads, identity design)
  • Learn Company's project management system and use it to best manage projects/clients to ensure profitability and success
  • Maintain and build upon a functional knowledge of the digital landscape in order to more effectively manage projects and advise creative solutions for our clients
  • Anticipate problems and proactively provide creative solutions by taking swift action
  • Maintain exceptional task management skills, time management skills, budget oversight, and project management skills
  • Communicate with teams proactively, solve marketing technology problems, and manage expectations in order to maintain a positive relationship between internal and external teams and Corporate Marketing
  • Be the primary trusted point of contact for internal and external teams and maintain that trust by being consistent in your client service
  • Oversee website testing and QA
  • Work with both internal and external developers to build great websites
  • Prepare content worksheets/guides for clients and set rigid timelines for completion of content
  • Contribute to all website planning exercises by producing a sitemap, wireframes, content worksheets, etc
  • Evaluate our current project bottlenecks and create solutions to test; look for opportunities at each stage of a project to decrease time to completion
  • Manage the creation of scope outlines for new work and secure client approval for same
  • Develop or refine processes to maintain and monitor project profitability Manage timelines and budgets for multiple projects and clients to deliver projects that are on-budget, on-time, and within scope

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or marketing related field with at least 3 years of experience in web project management or website design, experience, and/or SEO experience.

Preferred Qualification:
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and/or SEO/SEM; knowledge of HTML, Java and other coding languages
  • Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Certified
  • Knowledgeable of the best practices for web development and web development project management
  • Advanced understanding of the building blocks of the web development landscape, like the internet, web servers, websites, etc.
  • Knowledgeable on Marketing Automation, CRM, and internal data structures so that the website is designed with MarTech (and best practices) in mind
  • Knowledgeable of emerging trends in Website Planning, Digital Marketing in general (tools, processes), Marketing Automation (workflows, list management, content publishing strategies, social media monitoring, etc.)
  • Certification and/or knowledge in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
