Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing Project Manager to support the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, North America. The role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, program assessment, analytics, and operations, supporting the CMCO, NA in structure, insights, and execution rigor for priority marketing initiatives.

Location: New York, NY or Chicago, IL

Function: Marketing & Communications

Reports to: Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, North America

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CMCO, NA in marketing planning, prioritization, and tracking
  • Coordinate inputs across the teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
  • Support delivery of high-priority initiatives as needed

Marketing Strategy & Analytics

  • Analyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, and opportunities
  • Translate data into clear recommendations

Executive-Level Storytelling

  • Develop concise, high-quality presentation and materials for senior leadership
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives
  • Support preparation for key meetings, reviews, and leadership updates

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or a highly analytical role
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputs
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
