The Position - Digital Marketing Specialist I
As a Digital Marketing Specialist I, you'll support AmeriCU's digital marketing efforts by managing website content, executing email campaigns, assisting with digital advertising, and analyzing campaign performance. This role plays a key part in creating engaging digital experiences that attract, educate, and retain members while supporting AmeriCU's brand and business goals
What You'll Do as a Digital Marketing Specialist I
Website Management
  • Maintain and update website content, landing pages, blogs, and promotions.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support website enhancements and user experience improvements.
Email Marketing
  • Build, schedule, and deploy member email campaigns.
  • Segment audiences and conduct A/B testing to improve engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and email list health.
Digital Advertising
  • Support paid digital campaigns across Google, social media, display, and retargeting channels.
  • Assist with campaign setup, quality assurance, and optimization efforts.
Content & Social Media Support
  • Assist with the creation and optimization of digital content, blogs, videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Help improve content visibility and engagement across digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track website and campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration
