Overview

As part of the continued growth of the L'Orealistar Canada platform, we are looking for a Project Lead to oversee the program locally and act as the main point of contact between internal teams, brands, and external partners.

This role combines strategy, project coordination, influencer marketing, and partner management. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth day-to-day management and evolution of the platform while supporting an engaging and seamless experience for both content creators and brand teams.

Reporting to the A&I CDMO Director, you will work closely with several internal stakeholders as well as our platform partner, ODORE.

What You'll Do


Platform Management & Evolution

Lead the strategy and ongoing evolution of the L'Orealistar Canada platform.
Partner with technical teams to optimize the user experience and platform functionality.
Oversee creator engagement and gamification initiatives.

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the main point of contact between brands, internal teams, and external partners.
Ensure alignment between brand needs and platform capabilities.
Manage project follow-ups, priorities, and escalations when needed.

Operations & Performance

Oversee the content calendar and platform activation initiatives.
Support the management of creators, community engagement, and bilingual communications (EN/FR).
Track platform KPIs and share key insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance

Support budget coordination across multiple divisions.
Help ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and platform standards.

What We're Looking For

Approximately 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital platforms, campaign management, or digital project coordination.
Experience working within an agency, brand, or digital platform environment.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good understanding of digital platforms and user experience (UX).
Interest in the creator economy and digital communities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Bilingualism in English and French is essential.
