  • Participate in audience research, competitive analysis, campaign execution, and updating collateral libraries and proposal templates.

Explore What Interests You Most

  • Tailor your project workload around your specific career goals.
  • You’ll get opportunities to focus on graphic design and layout, dive into marketing analytics and campaign tracking, shadow corporate branding strategy, or create content for field initiatives.

Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Curious and ready to jump in, just bring enthusiasm, ask great questions, and be excited to take ownership of creative and strategic marketing projects.
  • Creative mindset with strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for design, communication, and brand strategy.
  • Trustworthy and ethical, with high professionalism and discretion when working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated Accomplishments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying creative concepts and technical ideas clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to support campaign development, paired with a solid understanding of marketing strategy fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.

Working Conditions:

The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment.  Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site.
