By joining the AT&T Marketing Excellence Program - Graduate Experience, you will gain exposure to different areas of the business through multiple rotations at an accelerated pace. During this full-time 24-month program,you'llhave the opportunity to learn about a variety of marketing disciplines including Brand, Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Analytics, Digital, Marketing Technology, Research, Insights, and more. In addition,you'llreceive access to targeted development opportunities, executive mentoring, and relationship-building experiences including collaboration with top marketing team members and executives.

  • Hands-on ownership of work tied to real customer, brand, product, growth, and operational priorities.

  • Leadership development focused on business acumen, influence, executive communication, and decision-making.

What you'll need:

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a graduate degree program, with degree completed before program start. (June 2027)

  • Graduate level degree for the preferred academic backgrounds include Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Communications, Social Sciences, Economics, Consumer Insights, or related fields.

  • Two to seven years of relevant full-time work, consulting, agency, marketing, product, or business experience preferred.

  • Experience leading projects, solving business problems, using data, and presenting recommendations.

  • Ability to work from Dallas, TX, subject to role requirements.

Our Marketing Excellence Program professionals earn an annual salary between the range of $105,600 - $158,400, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
