Job description

We have flexibility for this role to be based at our corporate headquarters in Chicago or remotely in the Grand Rapids, MI, metro area.
Reporting to our Director of Commerce Marketing, you will lead annual marketing plan development, retailer media strategy, budget management, and marketing program execution and analysis to help us win with regional grocery customers. You will own marketing relationships for Meijer, Hy-Vee, and Wakefern, partnering across Sales, Brand, eCommerce, agency, and customer teams to deliver omni-channel marketing programs that drive growth, shopper engagement, and business results.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Develop holistic, omni-channel commerce marketing plans in partnership with customers, Sales, Category Leadership, Brand teams, eCommerce, agency partners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Create all components of annual commerce marketing plans, including objectives, agency briefs, creative development, tactic selection, execution, and budget management.
  • Identify innovative go-to-market media and communication opportunities by leveraging shopper insights, consumer behavior trends, and emerging retail media capabilities.
  • Analyze marketing program performance against key performance indicators and industry benchmarks to optimize future investments and improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with Brand teams to align marketing investment strategies, creative development, and retail activation opportunities.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of program objectives.
  • Oversee annual marketing investment allocation and ongoing budget tracking to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Retail Media Network teams to support new item launches, marketing plan development, and program execution.
  • Partner with eCommerce and Sales teams to improve digital shelf content and retailer search performance, driving sales growth, share of voice, and repeat purchase.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.

  • Five years of experience in Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Agency environments, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce, including retailer media platforms, mobile, social media, digital shelf optimization, and retailer search.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience building partnerships across Sales, Brand teams, marketing resources, agency partners, and retailers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate strategic thinking and drive action.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging consumer insights, performance data, and marketing measurement to influence decisions and optimize investments.
  • Agility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balance long-term planning with evolving business needs, and respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.

Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
