Overview

We're looking for a highly strategic Principal Program Manager (IC4) to join OCI. This role sits at the intersection of customer storytelling, executive communications, and technical program management, helping bring our products and strategy to life through compelling narratives while driving high-impact AI initiatives across the Product Marketing organization.

You'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Corporate Marketing, and executive leadership to develop customer-facing stories, ghostwrite executive communications, and lead complex cross-functional programs that advance our strategic priorities. From scaling AI initiatives across Product Marketing to stepping into critical, time-sensitive projects, you'll provide the structure, judgment, and execution needed to keep teams aligned and deliver results.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing an executive keynote, shaping a customer success story, and leading a complex program with multiple stakeholders. You thrive in ambiguity, build consensus across diverse teams, and can translate complex cloud technologies and market trends into clear, credible narratives for executive, technical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Drive AI Transformation Across Product Marketing

  • Lead the portfolio of AI initiatives designed to accelerate work across the Product Marketing organization, helping define priorities and execution plans in a rapidly evolving and ambiguous landscape.
  • Partner with other PMMs to coordinate AI projects, eliminate duplicate efforts, and identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across teams.
  • Establish program governance, best practices, and reporting to maximize organizational impact and accelerate adoption.

Product Messaging & Customer Storytelling

  • Develop, review, and edit customer success stories, web content, and product messaging with minimal guidance.
  • Apply deep understanding of cloud computing and enterprise technology to ensure messaging is technically accurate and aligned with product strategy and business priorities.
  • Help maintain consistency across customer-facing content and strategic messaging.

Lead Strategic Programs

  • Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs that span Product Marketing and partner organizations, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, risks, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Serve as the operational lead for time-sensitive strategic projects, rapidly stepping into high-priority initiatives to accelerate execution.
  • Manage program dependencies, identify risks early, and drive timely resolution across stakeholders.

Executive Communications & Strategic Storytelling

  • Ghostwrite executive blogs, keynote content, presentations, messaging documents, and other executive communications.
  • Translate complex cloud technologies, AI capabilities, and market developments into clear, compelling narratives for executive, customer, business, and technical audiences.
  • Support leadership in developing strategic messaging that reinforces product differentiation and customer trust.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
