Position Summary:

We're looking for a curious, collaborative, and motivated Junior Product Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Colors from Nature® portfolio across North America. In this role, you'll work with product marketing, sales, innovation, and communications teams to support marketing initiatives, market research, sales enablement, and commercialization activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop marketing expertise while contributing to strategic projects that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Support development of sales enablement materials, including presentations, sell sheets, product sheets, and customer-facing content
Assist with creation of value propositions, marketing messages, and product-related communications
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and growth opportunities
Monitor food, beverage, ingredient, and consumer trends and share insights with key stakeholders
Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives across the portfolio
Assist with marketing campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
Measure and share marketing performance metrics and campaign results
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, R&D, Communications, and Marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives
Support planning and coordination of trade shows, customer events, webinars, and industry conferences
Maintain project timelines, marketing assets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of marketing programs
Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to support customer engagement and marketing effectiveness

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$89,700.00 - $145,700.00
Salaried Incentive Plan
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
