What you’ll be doing in this role…
Under the general direction of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting, coordinating, and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role serves as the central hub for organizing content and campaigns, offering insights and recommendations based on performance metrics and industry trends.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager with strong organizational abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with the Marketing Manager to help meet strategic marketing objectives.
  • Organize and maintain all social media and content calendars and ensure that all content is routed, reviewed and approved by all stakeholders in a timely fashion. Plan ahead as needed when third parties are involved.
  • Capture, edit, and publish short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok, helping reach new audiences and grow brand following.
  • Ensures that all workshops and events are entered into the calendar of events and maintained in a timely manner.
  • Assist with email marketing strategy and execution, draft content, build campaigns, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and audience growth.
  • Proactively track digital performance metrics across all platforms, including audience engagement, reach, and conversion, and produce clear reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to produce creative and promotional materials
  • Establish new social presence for brand developments and sub brands
  • Organize and coordinate photoshoots, media visits, and content capture sessions—working cross-functionally across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Craft clear and on-brand marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Support events and PR efforts as needed - collaborating with the Events team
  • Performs other duties as assigned and based upon business needs

In an ideal world, you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing support role.
  • Exceptional social media fluency with demonstrated experience producing and editing content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Good understanding of brand strategy, identity, positioning, and content.
  • Experience with short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premier Pro, or similar).
  • Good project management and planning capability. Others refer to you as a great planner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • A growth mindset and is willing to learn and evolve your professional skills. Learners are welcomed!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize time and meet deadlines under time constraints.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Asana or similar programs.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, illustrator and Canva.
  • Proficiency in MailChimp or other similar email marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of brand strategy, identity, positioning, and content across platforms.
  • Proficient experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads. Must understand top of funnel key performance metrics and conversion tracking, and be willing to learn what is new.
