Job description

Everlywell is a digital health company pioneering the next generation of biomarker intelligence—combining AI-powered technology with human insight to deliver personalized, actionable health answers. We transform complex biomarker data into life-changing insights—seamlessly integrating advanced diagnostics, virtual care, and patient engagement to reshape how and where health happens.
Over the past decade, Everlywell has delivered close to 1 billion personalized health insights, transforming care for 60 million people and powering hundreds of enterprise partners. In 2025, an estimated 1 in 94 U.S. adults received an Everlywell test, solidifying our spot as the #1 at-home testing company in the country. Fueled by AI and built for scale, we’re breaking down barriers, closing care gaps, and unlocking a more connected healthcare experience that is smarter, faster, and more personalized.

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search advertising for Everlywell. This role will be responsible for scaling the SEM program and dynamically maturing a robust search marketing strategy. You will own the technical execution of paid search and relevant partner management on behalf of Everlywell, with the opportunity to expand ownership into additional PPC growth channels as the program evolves.

You'll join a team of passionate and mission-driven marketers striving to make lab testing affordable and accessible for everyone. This role reports to the Head of Growth and will partner closely with members of the acquisition team.

What You'll Do:
  • Own end to end paid search campaigns, including Shopping and Performance Max as core channels

  • Maintain ongoing measurement of channel level KPIs and report on performance daily, weekly, and quarterly; create and drive SEM campaigns leveraging rules-based automation to scale and evolve the existing budget

  • Consistently facilitate detailed keyword research to inform bid strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Define experiments to iterate and enhance channel performance

  • Leverage AI workflows to optimize SEM performance — using AI tools to inform bidding and KPI optimization, generate and test ad copy variations at scale, and deploy campaign changes faster and more intelligently

  • Drive innovation and automation within search tactics to drive top line sales growth from new customers

  • Deeply understand both what our prospective customers are searching for and how we can best position our ad investments to drive conversion

  • Partner internally with analysts to drive data insights derived from search tactics

  • Manage reporting exercises that leverage 3rd party search insights to enhance persona building and media consumption behaviors for first and repeat purchases

  • Maintain ongoing measurement of search KPIs

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand into additional PPC growth channels as the program matures

Who You Are:
  • 7+ years experience in search campaign management, with recent direct-to-consumer or relevant agency experience

  • Strong technical expertise in paid search performance tactics with deep knowledge of automation trends

  • Proven experience running ecommerce Shopping campaigns and Performance Max as a core part of a search program

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and workflows within SEM — for keyword/bid optimization, ad copy generation, and campaign deployment

  • Proven campaign management with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets

  • You are technical, analytical, and empathetic to the customer's wants and needs

  • Proven track record of delivering impact through SEM investments to grow consumer sales

  • Strong analytical skills, with prior experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Ads, Bing Search, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform tactical decisions and strategy

  • Strong communicator both up and down

  • High intellectual curiosity and comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
