As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.

The Scope of Work:

  • Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable, including but not limited to day-to-day task management, role-specific training, cross-training, time-off approvals, performance reviews, and process/procedure implementation and improvements.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to team members to support growth and performance.
  • Assist in hiring efforts for the department, including conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Maintain organization of the annual marketing calendar and ensure all deadlines, deliverables, and campaigns are completed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with Marketing Team members to support communication, accountability, and development.
  • Meet weekly with the Vice President of Operations to review workflow, prioritize initiatives, discuss strategy, and delegate responsibilities to the team.
  • Help develop, implement, and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals, vision, and brand standards.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing success.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns, and company materials made byMarketingTeam.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of visual branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Manage brand reputation and assist with public relations efforts and community engagement initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, advertisement management, social media, email marketing, and website initiatives.
  • Manage website content, user experience, and performance analytics to improve engagement and functionality.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials developed by theMarketingTeam.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute marketing materials and campaigns that support departmental and company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, communication, and overall team efficiency.
  • Be present, engaged, and active in all company events, initiatives, and community involvement opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate 

  • 2-5years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and marketing operations. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and website management (WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics). 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • A creative mindset with an eye for branding and marketing innovation. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, InDesign, Adobe and other marketing related tools.
