Intern, Experiential Marketing - $16.37 per hour
Intern, Experiential Marketing: The Intern, Experiential Marketing supports the development, planning, and execution of Minnesota Wild events, both in-season and off-season, to help create engaging fan experiences. This role assists with game day activations, mascot appearances, Kids Club operations, and vendor coordination while maintaining event assets and the Wild Arcade. By contributing to the execution of high-quality events and fan programs, this position plays an important role in building community connections and enhancing the overall fan experience.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Assist with the development, planning and execution of all Minnesota Wild experiential marketing events.
  • Maintain the operation of the Wild Arcade at all Minnesota Wild home games.
  • Assist with the coordination of in-game activation on the concourses.
  • Act as onsite Event Lead for events both in-season and off-season.
  • Assist with Mascot appearances, as needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Minnesota Wild Kids Club.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, as needed.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all event assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Previous experience working in sports is a plus.

Personal Attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic, and proven ability to manage teams.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to providing superior service.
  • Customer focused work style with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well independently with fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Conditions:
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
