The Director of Marketing oversees assigned activities in the marketing department and is responsible for the creation of innovative marketing strategies that will build all Founders Property Management brands, leading to increased revenue, awareness, respect, and relevance among the business’s target audience. The Director of Marketing possesses tremendous leadership and communication skills and has proven success in innovative and traditional campaigns across the broad spectrum of present-day marketing channels.

The Director of Marketing is a ground-breaking leader with creative, strategic, and financial acumen coupled with strong business intellect necessary for taking the business to the next level. The Director of Marketing is also an experienced marketer who is able to lead and drive branding and marketing efforts in order to increase and build on the business/brand’s growth and awareness targets.

·        Collaborate with senior leadership to develop corporate marketing strategies.

·        Provides leadership and oversees all activities and performance within the marketing operations, which includes, but is not limited to, Public Relations, Content, SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Brand Marketing in order to meet company goals and objectives.

·        Promote corporate business, trends, and strategies with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Grow and manage the marketing team as workload requires. This includes supervising the activities of the marketing team, preparing annual performance reviews, and making appropriate salary and staffing recommendations.

·        Provide leadership and actively contribute to the development of the marketing budget.

·        Develop and maintain brand guidelines, and ensure that brand positioning, messaging, voice, and aesthetic are expressed consistently and with integrity across all brand activities, including website, advertising, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

·        Develop and implement corporate brand and marketing events and activities.

·        Utilize data to track brand and marketing effectiveness to generate better return on investment (ROI) and provide insights that can lead to effective business strategies and decisions.

·        Responsible for KPI development and presenting accurate, insightful campaign analysis to drive decision-making throughout the organization, including transparent reporting on a monthly basis

·        Lead external communication efforts, including press releases and proposal/bid development.

·        Maintain corporate print and digital collateral materials, including company website.

·        Oversee company Social Media Accounts & Online Reputation

·        Manage editorial calendar, writing and producing original and timely content in collaboration with staff.

·        Support employee-facing initiatives, including employee branding materials, employee communications, and employee social, educational, and philanthropic events.

·        Provide market research and recommendations for new Real Estate Development Projects.

·        Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing projects in collaboration with project leads.

·        Assist with the design and launch of marketing websites for new developments and acquisitions.

·        Work with internal teams to escalate and respond to comments/complaints on all platforms.

·        Develop and manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals and lead the effective prioritization of tactical initiatives and capacity planning

·        All other duties as assigned
