Position Summary

Portfolio & Delivery Management (PDM) is responsible for building and sustaining enhanced capabilities that support efficient management and execution of the Enterprise Marketing portfolio. PDM drives operational efficiency and excellence in execution by building, using and monitoring processes and tools that optimize the way that the Enterprise Marketing organization works. We are enthusiastic change agents that build strategies and solutions to enable agility and continuous improvement, which leads to an enhanced ability to connect with people in innovative and motivating ways.

This role will be a part of the Portfolio & Delivery Management Team and will report to a Sr. Manager that supports a specific program within our comprehensive portfolio. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for execution of marketing comms projects including (but not limited to) Social, CRM, Video/Content, functioning as a liaison between Marketing Strategy, Internal Creative Agency, Media, Enterprise Digital and Content Author teams.

The Digital Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating, driving and ensuring successful completion of projects for the Marketing Department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing Strategy and Delivery Management leaders to understand yearly goals and business objectives.

  • Intake and review project requests and briefs for accuracy and completeness, define appropriate tasks, identify cross functional resources and construct timelines and resource forecasts to support successful creative development.

  • Coordinate and manage the process of creative deliverables across various workflows from marketing strategy development through go-live to ensure on-time completion and in-market delivery.

  • Act as primary point of contact for all project related communications.

  • Responsible for accurately updating project status in the MRM tool (Workfront), ensuring optimal data hygiene that supports operational insights for prioritization, timely delivery and reporting.

  • Anticipate, identify and monitor risks to project delivery and support mitigation plans.

  • Adhere to process and documentation standards to ensure projects are compliant and completed on time.

  • Share project updates, milestones and roadblocks regularly to promote collaboration and transparency with working team and stakeholders.

  • Engage SEO and Accessibility to capture requirements and ensure participation in project reviews.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • 2+ years of experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations - understands marketing workflowand skillsets

  • Ability to maintaincalm andmulti-taska variety of initiativesand projects in a fast-paced, ever-changingenvironment

  • Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity, promoting options to enable quick decisions

  • Experience planning and managing creative executionof digital assets and website developmentprocesses

  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies(Workfront preferred, or similar)

  • Strong organizational, analytical, communicationand operational skills

  • Strong work ethicand ability to work well in a team environment

  • Familiarity with Copilot, Chat GPT or similar individual contributor AI tools

  • Advanced proficiencywith Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification or equitable experience

  • Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations with a focus on website design and development

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manage or other CMS platforms

  • Well versed in the management of multi-channel projects and campaigns across web, video/animation, social media, email and print

  • Master's Degree

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
