JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for planning and execution of initiatives in digital, product and brand marketing. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can successfully collaborate with functional teams within the marketing department and cross-functional teams throughout the organization to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute multi-tiered marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, providing data-driven feedback and insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark positioning, and maintain a distinct competitive edge.
  • Enforce brand guidelines and messaging integrity, ensuring all external-facing content aligns with Blue Bird's core values and corporate identity.
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships across internal teams and external stakeholder ecosystems to align business goals.
  • Maximize website and social media performance to increase brand engagement, traffic, and overall digital platform impact.
  • Drive inbound lead generation via the CRM framework, deploying data-backed relationship-nurturing best practices to accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Establish an integrated campaign and content calendar with internal teams to maintain a strict focus on value delivery and ROI.
  • Design multi-channel advertising campaigns and comprehensive media plans from initial conceptualization through final deployment.
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including sales presentations, program overviews, promotional videos, and photography.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end trade show strategies, maintaining absolute accountability for budget oversight, logistics, and on-site marketing support.
  • Develop and maintain marketing material, develop and maintain content, procurement, and stock levels of brochures and brand materials.
  • Maintain structured, accessible digital archiving systems for all creative assets, presentations, and multimedia libraries.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on media, dealer communications, website and customer surveys

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR SUCCESS
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns and knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • High level understanding of a B2B business
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using event management software and marketing tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Ability to travel extensively and work on weekends during events
  • Basic knowledge of photography and media production

  • Ability to travel up to 35%, including evenings and weekends

BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
  • 2-3 years' experience working in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications
  • All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Fluent, French speaking, is a plus
  • Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment with a proven track record of creative and successful events is a plus
