Product Marketing Manager
Overview
Integrity is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and positioning for IntegrityCONNECT, our premier agent and agency software suite. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales enablement, and marketing, translating platform capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for independent agents, agency leaders, and enterprise partners. The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing fundamentals with the ability to understand technical platform features and turn them into benefit-driven messaging, launch plans, and enablement content that drive adoption and engagement.
This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing leadership to build and execute go-to-market plans for new features and platform capabilities, develop messaging frameworks and positioning that differentiate IntegrityCONNECT and IntegrityCONNECT Pro in the market, and ensure agents and agencies understand the full value of the platforms they rely on every day. This position is open to candidates based in Dallas, TX or Salt Lake City, UT.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
• Develop and own messaging frameworks, positioning, and value propositions for IntegrityCONNECT across agent, agency, and enterprise audiences.
• Translate technical platform features and roadmap items into clear, benefit-driven copy for agent-facing communications, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative across all IntegrityCONNECT and IntegrityCONNECT Pro touchpoints.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Execution
• Build and execute go-to-market plans for new feature releases, platform enhancements, and capability announcements.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch timelines with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure aligned, on-time delivery.
• Define and track launch success metrics, iterating on messaging and channel strategy based on adoption and engagement data.
Campaign Development & Content Strategy
• Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for IntegrityCONNECT and IntegrityCONNECT Pro.
• Write and manage copy for email, in-platform messaging, capability decks, and feature announcements.
• Build capabilities decks and sales collateral that clearly communicate platform value to internal and external stakeholders.
Sales & Agency Enablement
• Partner with sales, agency leadership, and training teams to build enablement content, talk tracks, and training materials that help teams sell and support the platforms effectively.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IntegrityCONNECT and IntegrityCONNECT Pro, fielding questions from internal stakeholders and providing messaging guidance.
• Support agency and enterprise partner communications related to platform capabilities and onboarding.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Insight
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on platform roadmap, features, and priorities.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from agents, agencies, and internal stakeholders to inform messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends in agent and agency management technology to sharpen positioning.
Qualifications Required
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a closely related field, ideally supporting a software or technology platform.
• Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical or complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
• Experience developing go-to-market plans, launch strategies, or campaign frameworks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint or similar presentation tools.
Preferred
• Experience in insurance, insurtech, financial services, or another regulated B2B2C industry.
• Familiarity with agent or agency management software, CRM platforms, or SaaS products.
• Experience building sales enablement content, capability decks, or training materials.
• Background working with cross-functional product and engineering teams on feature launches.
