@properties Christie's International Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to play a vital role in executing the promotional strategy for both the @properties and Christie's International Real Estate brands. This role will take full ownership of select marketing programs, managing everything from vendor relationships and inventory logistics to creative project rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Appreciation Program (CAP) Management: Lead the end-to-end Client Appreciation Program, including strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, creative asset development, multi-channel campaign rollouts, inventory logistics & fulfilment, and financial administration.
  • Brand Boutique & Inventory Operations: Maintain optimal stock levels across multiple warehouses by coordinating replenishment, conducting regular audits & reports, and overseeing warehouse integrity, for @properties, CIRE, and all affiliates of both brands.
  • Promotional Materials Development & Rollout: Drive the creative lifecycle of new promotional items, from market research, vendor negotiation, and artwork approval to web integration. Oversee seamless distribution and internal communication strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, including obtaining quotes, setting up new items with SKUs and pricing, as well as deactivating or removing items from the site as needed.
  • Logistics & Facility Maintenance: Collaborate with the Corporate Office Operations Team on monthly supply orders. Manage HQ collateral for internal uses, and facilitate quick-turnaround promotional requests.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the department budget by tracking expenses, managing allocations, and providing regular financial reports to ensure fiscal accountability.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with various departments to assist with promotional needs, ensuring consistent branding and timely delivery of samples and materials.
  • Event Logistics & Execution: Assist with comprehensive event logistics, managing the manifest and physical assets including display materials, signage, and shipping supplies, for a diverse range of activations, from large-scale conferences to bespoke office events. Manage packing and messenger services as needed.
  • Annual Recognition Awards: Oversee the end-to-end crystal awards process for the Annual Agent Recognition program, including sourcing materials, coordinating recipient customization, and managing final distribution and customer service requests.
  • Customer Support & Custom Orders: Provide comprehensive support for customer inquiries, affiliate requests, and custom order design and logo approvals.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design or related discipline with measurable experience in marketing strategies and the creative process
  • 5+ years marketing experience, ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships; ability to meet deadlines and prioritize to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines at once
  • A high energy, action-oriented, hands-on, and talented individual who thinks both strategically and executes well.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a real estate related or agency environment, a plus
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Mandatory 4 days in office (Mon-Thurs), with potential for 5

The salary pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
