Position Overview

We're seeking a results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the dedicated marketing partner for HBKS Wealth Management. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working embedded within the HBKS team while leveraging corporate marketing resources to drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.

This is a unique opportunity to shape marketing strategy for a rapidly growing wealth management firm, work directly with executive leadership, and make an immediate, measurable impact on business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (40%)

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive AUM growth

  • Demonstrated track record of generating qualified leads with measurable conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition metrics in wealth management or financial services

  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies, paid advertising, and digital media campaigns

  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and conversion funnels for lead capture

  • Implement marketing automation and email nurture campaigns through HubSpot

  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations

  • Execute social media strategies for firm and advisor personal branding

  • Develop and manage seminar and webinar marketing programs

Advisor Support & Business Development (30%)

  • Partner with HBKS Business Development Director Mike Baldovski on growth initiatives

  • Support individual advisor marketing and practice management needs

  • Create advisor marketing toolkits, templates, and resources

  • Develop and execute prospect engagement campaigns

  • Manage client referral programs and COI (Centers of Influence) marketing

  • Support advisor recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Coordinate with HBKS leadership on strategic marketing priorities

Content & Thought Leadership (15%)

  • Develop wealth management content including blogs, articles, client communications, and newsletters

  • Create thought leadership content positioning HBKS advisors as industry experts

  • Manage editorial calendar aligned with business development priorities

  • Produce client-facing materials and presentations

  • Coordinate with corporate creative team on high-quality asset development

Client Experience & Events (10%)

  • Plan and execute client appreciation events and prospect engagement activities

  • Manage seminar and webinar logistics and promotion

  • Develop client communication strategies and campaigns

  • Support client retention and satisfaction initiatives

  • Create memorable touchpoints throughout the client journey

Performance Tracking & Reporting (5%)

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives

  • Provide monthly reporting on lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI

  • Conduct regular pipeline analysis and marketing attribution

  • Present quarterly business reviews to HBKS leadership

  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data and results

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Background

  • 7-10 years of marketing experiencewith demonstrated results in lead generation and growth

  • Wealth management or financial advisory marketing experience required- must demonstrate deep understanding of high-net-worth (HNW) client acquisition, advisor marketing, and wealth management business models

  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable ROI in financial services

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms required (HubSpot strongly preferred)

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Technical Skills

  • Digital marketing expertise:SEO/SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn), social media marketing, email marketing, with proven lead generation results

  • Marketing automation:HubSpot or equivalent platform required (Marketo, Pardot, etc.) - HubSpot experience strongly preferred

  • Analytics and reporting:Google Analytics, marketing attribution, data analysis, and performance optimization with demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates

  • Content creation:Strong writing and storytelling skills for wealth management audiences

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel for reporting)
