Project Manager โ€“ Beer & Beverage Marketing

Entry Level

Taphandles designs and manufactures highly customized tap handles and beer towers/fonts for the beer and beverage industry. With operations in the USA, Europe, and Asia, we help breweries stand out with creativity, craftsmanship, and innovative brand-focused products that sell more beer.


About the Role

The Project Manager works in direct support of the sales team, owning and overseeing the operational details of every project in their assigned portfolio. While our Account Managers focus on customer relationships and design, the Project Manager owns the process behind them โ€” handling quoting, ordering, logistics, and accounting interface to keep projects moving smoothly from order through delivery.


This role is highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams across sales, accounting, design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations. The Project Manager is the operational anchor that lets our commercial team focus on customers and growth.


This position is based in our Austin, TX office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers to transition new orders into active projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with factories and internal teams.
  • Set timelines, track progress, and provide regular updates to Account Managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project data in CRM/ERP systems in real time.
  • Support project budgeting, pricing schedules, and proposals.
  • Capture and coordinate milestones from internal and customer-facing meetings led by Account Managers.
  • Review product specs, samples, and prototypes โ€” guiding them through approvals and into production.
  • Develop expert knowledge of company processes, operations, production capabilities, and product offerings.
  • Participate in team huddles, project reviews, and weekly commercial meetings.
  • Consistently bring energy, positivity, and a solution-driven mindset to every interaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in any field.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a team-first, problem-solving approach.
  • Driven to build a long-term career as part of a growing team.
