Job Summary and Purpose:
Ceva North America is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts across our dermatology portfolio in the United States. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and managing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be directly responsible for the development and execution of marketing collateral and programs within the dermatology portfolio, which includes Rx and OTC products. This role focuses on supporting brand growth, market share gains, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess innate marketing acumen and understanding of the animal health industry or human OTC category and a persistent desire to quickly apply learnings and grow.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
Execute Marketing Strategy - Manage development process of agreed upon marketing tactics and manage day-to-day tasks in support of overall strategies (both within the US and Global). Draw insights from market data to inform approach and present data driven insights to management.
Drive Impactful Campaigns - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to reach target audiences effectively (B2B & B2C).
Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging materials such as brochures, social media posts, and educational resources related to canine and feline skin health.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives (defined KPIs), using data to optimize future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with US Commercial Teams and Global Franchise Marketing Teams.
