Regional Marketing Manager

Norristown, Pennsylvania | Regional Travel Required

The MVA Family of Hospitals is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Regional Marketing Manager to support one of the most advanced veterinary networks in the Philadelphia region.

This is a high-impact leadership role supporting a growing network of primary care, urgent care, specialty, emergency, and boarding hospitals across southeastern Pennsylvania. As part of COVE Animal Health, youll work at the intersection of local hospital leadership and enterprise marketing strategy to drive measurable growth, strengthen referral relationships, and elevate brand presence across the region.

What Youll Do Regional Marketing Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that support growth across all hospital locations and service lines

  • Launch integrated campaigns across digital, media, partnerships, events, brand, and paid channels

  • Partner with hospital leadership and operational teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

  • Translate enterprise marketing initiatives into localized, market-specific programs

  • Coordinate recruitment marketing efforts with the Talent Acquisition team

Referral & Community Engagement
  • Support and grow referral partner relationships across the region

  • Collaborate with the Referral Liaison on CE events, DVM outreach, and referral engagement strategies

  • Plan and execute local events, partnerships, and community activations

Reputation & Brand Management
  • Support online reputation management initiatives across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms

  • Monitor sentiment trends and partner with leadership teams on client feedback strategies

  • Help drive review generation and client engagement initiatives

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance and marketing ROI

  • Build and maintain regional reporting dashboards and scorecards

  • Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance

  • Utilize CRM and lifecycle marketing tools to support lead generation and engagement

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Directly supervise the Referral Liaison role

  • Partner closely with hospital leadership, operations, recruiting, and enterprise marketing teams

  • Help create alignment across multiple hospitals and service lines

What Were Looking For
  • 5+ years of marketing experience

  • Multi-site healthcare, veterinary, hospitality, dental, or service-industry experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CRM systems, and reporting tools

  • Experience managing large regional or multi-location marketing budgets

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Based in or near Montgomery or Philadelphia County with the ability to travel regionally as needed
