Reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing - Japan, Korea & Indonesia , you will be responsible for the operations within Aman Indonesia ResortResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive tactical plans by market segment, source market, and channel to achieve GOR expectations for all propertiesAgree and implement sales targets and KPIs for all sales and marketing person nel, measured through contact management and revenue results.Coordinate and centralize sales activities during international roadshows and tradeshows to reduce cost and increase productivity.Develop and maintain HNW market of each country through a defined communications strategy.Increase repeat guest ratio and length of stay across properties and brands (domestic and international).Ensure forecast accuracy within 3% of actual using IDEAS system.Coordinate and create enticing stories to positively impact direct booking.Develop proactive marketing/PR plans to capture new markets.Coordinate and develop F&B and catering sales structure including buyouts.Increase auxiliary revenue in each property.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of sales marketing experience is commonly required, preferably in a luxury resort.A bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent in business or marketing in related field is preferred.Mastery of closing techniques, active listening, and the ability to overcome objections.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and persuade clients.Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.Strong instinct to collaborate and prioritize interests of Company, Guests and Colleagues.BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
