This is not a platform development role. Instead, this leader will serve as the business intelligence subject matter expert and business representative for platform requirements, working closely with the Chief Product Officer organization as the platform continues to evolve. Success in this position will be measured by the reliable delivery of trusted analytics and reporting that support decision-making across the firm.

What You'll Do

As the Manager, Business Intelligence Delivery, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of business intelligence outputs, including reports, dashboards, data visualizations, analyses, and other tools that support decision-making across Savant.

You will:

  • Lead the delivery of business intelligence reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions in partnership with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product partners.
  • Serve as the firm's business intelligence subject matter expert, helping leaders and teams understand data insights, reporting logic, and best practices.
  • Partner closely with the Chief Product Officer organization to define, prioritize, and clarify business intelligence platform requirements.
  • Oversee business intelligence support for mergers and acquisitions, including data normalization, integration reporting, testing, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong data governance, documentation, validation, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with offshore analytics resources, data engineers, marketing partners, and business leaders to prioritize work and keep projects moving forward.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses and reporting initiatives that support strategic business priorities.
  • Oversee data access, security controls, and governance practices.

Leadership Responsibilities

This role leads and develops a team of Business Intelligence professionals and requires a leader who can combine technical credibility with strong people leadership.

You will:

  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members.
  • Set clear expectations and accountability measures.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance coaching.
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
  • Align team priorities with organizational and departmental goals.
  • Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and scalable ways of working.
  • Foster an environment of trust, ownership, and professional growth.

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate is known for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable business intelligence that stakeholders trust and rely on to make decisions.

Successful candidates will:

  • Build strong partnerships across business and technical teams.
  • Translate complex business needs into reliable analytics solutions.
  • Create scalable, repeatable, and well-documented reporting processes.
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and controls.
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support business growth through dependable analytics and reporting capabilities.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer and Information Science, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related field, including experience leading people or projects.
