What you will have an opportunity to do:

As a Marketing Manager, you will help bring the Arizona Biltmore story to life across every guest touchpoint. From the resort’s iconic history and architecture to dining, wellness, pools, seasonal programming, events and destination experiences, you will support integrated marketing efforts designed to build awareness, deepen engagement and drive profitable revenue.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Execute integrated resort marketing strategies: Support the development and rollout of property-specific campaigns across digital, social, email, web, paid media, on-property channels, Hilton and LXR platforms to drive awareness, engagement and profitable revenue.
  • Bring the Arizona Biltmore brand to life: Help protect and evolve the resort’s distinctive voice and visual identity, ensuring marketing reflects its iconic heritage, desert setting, architectural significance and modern luxury positioning.
  • Market the full resort experience: Develop and execute campaigns supporting guestrooms and suites, dining and nightlife, spa and wellness, pools, seasonal experiences, special events, meetings, weddings and other revenue-generating resort offerings.
  • Drive Food & Beverage marketing strategy: Partner closely with Food & Beverage leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing plans for Arizona Biltmore’s restaurants, bars, culinary experiences and seasonal activations, positioning each outlet distinctively while supporting the broader resort brand.
  • Strengthen the resort’s culinary storytelling: Collaborate with chefs, mixologists and Food & Beverage leaders to uncover compelling stories, signature dishes, cocktails and experiences that differentiate Arizona Biltmore and build its reputation as a leading culinary destination.
  • Develop profitable, revenue-driving campaigns: Create targeted campaigns and promotions designed to increase restaurant covers, average check, outlet revenue and profitability, balancing compelling guest offers with clear commercial objectives and measurable return on investment.
  • Grow local Food & Beverage demand: Build awareness and visitation among Phoenix and Scottsdale audiences through locally relevant campaigns, partnerships, events, social content and targeted digital marketing, establishing Arizona Biltmore’s dining experiences as destinations in their own right.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities: Partner with Revenue Management and resort leadership to identify opportunities to increase capture from both resort guests and local audiences through strategic packages, cross-promotion, upselling and experience-driven campaigns.
  • Support social media strategy and community management: Help manage the resort’s social presence, identifying culturally relevant content opportunities, engaging with the community and leveraging guest, influencer and partner content to extend the brand’s reach.
  • Coordinate photo and video production: Support property shoots from concept and shot-list development through on-site execution, asset organization and deployment across marketing channels.
  • Maintain digital and eCommerce presence: Ensure resort, restaurant, spa and experience content is accurate, compelling and optimized across owned websites, Hilton channels, third-party platforms, listings and other digital touchpoints.
  • Develop local partnerships and programming support: Identify opportunities to collaborate with Phoenix and Arizona-based brands, makers, cultural organizations and partners that strengthen the resort’s connection to the destination and create relevant guest experiences.
  • Own campaign execution from brief to launch: Develop project briefs, coordinate creative needs, manage timelines and approvals, and partner with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage the resort marketing calendar: Work closely with events coordinator to maintain visibility into seasonal campaigns, offers, programming, events, content needs and key commercial periods to ensure coordinated execution across departments.
  • Report on marketing performance: Prepare monthly reporting and campaign analyses, translating performance into actionable insights for Marketing, Sales, Food & Beverage, Revenue Management and resort leadership.
  • Stay ahead of luxury hospitality and destination trends: Monitor emerging marketing platforms, technologies, cultural trends and consumer behaviors relevant to luxury travel, wellness, culinary experiences and the Phoenix and Scottsdale market.
  • Serve as a brand steward: Ensure all marketing communications meet Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts and Hilton brand standards while preserving the property’s unique identity and sense of place.
