In this role, you will translate Booz Allen's cutting-edge cyber capabilities spanning cyber defense, Zero Trust, offensive security, secure AI, cloud security, and mission critical solutions, into compelling, integrated marketing programs that strengthen market position and accelerate growth.

You'll have support resource behind you, but you are expected to take the pen, shaping the campaign narrative, pressure-testing with executive stakeholders, and driving it across the finish line. You will move fluidly between setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. If you are a senior marketer energized by that kind of direct impact and are fluent enough in tech and cyber or have marketed complex technical solutions and know how to get there, to hold your own in a room full of engineers and executives alike, then this role was built for you. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead integrated campaign strategy and execution.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel cyber marketing campaign aligned to business priorities, leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline.
  • Turn technical complexity into market impact.
  • Partner with product, solution, and business leaders to shape differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate with enterprise and government buyers.
  • Read a technical brief and come back with a campaign hook.
  • Operate across a matrixed organization.
  • Collaborate across brand, digital, content, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment, speed, and consistency in campaign delivery.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Engage, advise, and influence executive and business leaders, synthesizing inputs, cutting through ambiguity, and driving timely decisions to maintain campaign momentum.
  • Stay comfortable being the one in the room who moves things forward.
  • Measure, optimize, and scale performance.
  • Deliver success metrics, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize for impact across the funnel.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing
  • 5+ years of experience with marketing in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI solutions
  • Experience marketing from a tech or product company
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience navigating highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations without direct authority
  • Experience managing complex marketing budgets, including multi-channel planning and performance optimization
  • Experience leveraging data to inform strategy
  • Knowledge of enterprise or government buying cycles and audiences
  • Ability to influence up, across, and out to align senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a Communications or Marketing field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation best practices
  • Knowledge of the cyber language
  • Ability to connect marketing programs to sales motions and pipelines
  • Possession of strong analytical skills
