We are a marketing company that performs outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions on behalf of our clients. What this means is, instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force; they outsource to us and actually hire us to do it for them. They provide the different promotions and services and we are responsible for representing them in local markets.
Job Description
Lamont & Scott Marketing Group, a business development firm based in Akron, Ohio, has recently made plans to expand its marketing team on a local level due to expansion. Because of increased client demand we will be opening new offices within the next 6 months. That means new career opportunities for qualified candidates. We are looking to hire 10 additional marketing and sales representatives for the Akron market immediately.
Candidates must possess integrity, character, and exemplary ambition for success. The account manager position is considered an entry level marketing position, meaning thorough training is provided. It has been a wonderful start for many of our executives right out of college! We have a strict "promote only from within" policy which provides account managers with ample room for advancement, friendly competition and experience in marketing, advertising, and sales. Candidates should be comfortable with in-person sales with customers.
Our account managers are the face of our clients and to their high priority customers. Our skills allow us to specialize in new business acquisition, marketing, and customer retention. Because we provide extensive training in cutting edge sales techniques, product knowledge, and business psychology, our clients trust us to protect their good reputation.
