  • This executive leader develops and executes comprehensive regional marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives while translating national initiatives into high-impact local execution across corporate and franchise operations.
  • This position provides strategic leadership for all aspects of regional marketing, including customer acquisition, customer retention, community engagement, promotional planning, digital marketing execution, vendor partnerships, grand openings, experiential marketing, public relations, and regional brand stewardship.
  • The Regional Marketing Director serves as the primary marketing advisor to executive leadership, Corporate District Managers, Store Directors, and Franchise Owners, ensuring that every marketing investment contributes measurable value to revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Retail Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a marketing leadership or management role with direct responsibility for personnel, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional project leadership.
