Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

Social | Influencer | Public Relations | Partnerships

This is a human-centered marketing role.

We're looking for someone who lives in today's digital culture-not because it's their job, but because it's who they are.

You understand:

How brands earn attention instead of demanding it.

How creators influence buying behavior.

Why content velocity matters.

How earned media fuels paid media performance.

When a trend deserves action-and when it doesn't.

You're constantly connected to what's happening online and know how to translate cultural moments into authentic brand experiences.

________________________________________

Are you the person who instinctively knows what's happening online before everyone else? Do you understand how today's brands should show up across social media, influencer marketing, public relations, and partnerships-and know how to turn trends into meaningful business impact?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead our global social media, influencer, public relations, and partnership strategy for our Consumer Business.

This is more than a strategic leadership role-we're looking for someone who loves execution.

You'll own the top of the marketing funnel by identifying emerging trends, monitoring market activity, promotions, industry events, and cultural moments, then translating those insights into engaging editorial calendars and integrated campaigns. Working closely with regional marketing teams, you'll develop global content strategies that local markets can tailor and activate.

This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, always connected to what's happening in the digital world, and passionate about helping brands show up in authentic, relevant ways.

This is a chance to help define how a global brand shows up in the world. You'll connect social media, PR, influencers, and partnerships into one integrated strategy that builds awareness, drives engagement, and fuels demand.

If you're energized by fast-moving environments, thrive on turning insights into action, and enjoy leaving your personal mark on a growing global brand, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do-Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing

  • Develop and execute the global social media strategy while ensuring our brand consistently shows up in meaningful ways across channels.
  • You'll monitor trends, conversations, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to keep our content fresh, timely, and engaging.
  • Lead the global social media strategy while driving day-to-day execution and content planning.
  • Build and manage a global editorial calendar informed by market trends, product launches, promotions, industry events, and consumer insights.
  • Develop and lead influencer, creator, and partnership programs that expand brand reach and generate awareness.
  • Oversee public relations strategy, media storytelling, and earned media opportunities.
  • Lead relationships with PR, influencer, and content agencies, ensuring exceptional execution, measurable performance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Brand, Digital, Product Marketing, and regional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance across social media, earned media, influencer, and partnership initiatives, providing insights and optimization recommendations.

What We're Looking For-Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing, PR, or brand strategy are a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in social media, public relations, influencer marketing, integrated marketing, or brand communications.
  • Experience balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced consumer marketing environment.
  • Proven success managing influencer programs, public relations, and agency relationships.
  • Strong understanding of today's creator economy, social platforms, and digital marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing or creator commerce.
  • Experience leading integrated social, PR, influencer, and partnership strategies for a global consumer brand.
  • Experience developing editorial calendars based on market intelligence, events, promotions, and business priorities.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and business impact.
  • Experience building content strategies that support both organic engagement and paid media performance.
  • A passion for identifying emerging trends before they become mainstream.
  • Experience working in integrated marketing environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Up to 20% travel.
