Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistical and administrative tasks for live events and brand activations, including shipping, catering, and vendor coordination.

  • Support senior team members in managing relationships with sports partners and internal stakeholders by tracking deliverables and timelines.

  • Monitor inventory of promotional assets and track shipping schedules to maximize brand visibility within the sports ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to coordinate high-quality messaging and setup across event platforms.

  • Maintain organized project files, task lists, and event calendars to ensure operational alignment and on-time delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Event Management, Sports Management, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 0.5 - 2 years of professional experience, with a strong background in internships or campus leadership in sports marketing, event planning, or brand promotion.

  • Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic ability to engage with diverse audiences in writing and in person.

  • A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take direction, learn quickly, and see projects through from start to finish.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience in B2B marketing or sales environments.

  • Familiarity with Trimble core industries like construction, geospatial, or transportation.

Logistics

Location: Westminster, CO; Portland, OR; Atlanta, GA (On-site at least 4 days per week)
