The object of the Management Trainee role is to help build on our current outreach systems and techniques, in order to run successful sales and marketing teams. Basic responsibilities: 

  • Work with management to integrate PR campaigns, marketing events, and outreach techniques to increase company profitability.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for potential and existing customer accounts.
  • Become the face of the company; present products and services in scheduled meetings and appointments.
  • Process internal requests from management to support the sales team and maximize territory growth.
  • Aid in interviewing and training candidates, contributing to the daily growth and development of sales and marketing teams.
