Job description

Administrative
  • Maintains constant inventory of marketing collateral (flyers, marketing books) for brokers.
  • Routinely send out email blasts and campaigns to further team's brand and promote properties.
  • Enter and update data daily to multiple property listing databases such as COCIE, CoStar, Loopnet, Crexi and internal databases.
  • Support team by typing correspondence, sending documents, developing spreadsheets and updating contacts.
  • Schedule, plan and prepare documents, materials and presentations for broker's meetings.
  • Assist in building a strong client relationship and act as a secondary point of contact for clients.
  • Develop marketing plan and budget in support of objectives.
  • Processes listing and closed deal paperwork.

Graphic Design
  • Designs and produces marketing collateral such as proposals, flyers, books, and floorplans in a timely fashion in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Creates powerful and creative corporate collateral using InDesign, utilizing Corporate Brand Guidelines.
  • Designs emails and electronic material using Corporate Brand Guidelines.

Copywriting
  • Develops and prepares proposals in close conjunction with brokers and executive leadership team.
  • Writes clear and concise copy for corporate marketing collateral and internal communication efforts.
  • Familiar with AP Stylebook and business writing.

Marketing/Research
  • Create and assist with execution of marketing plans for large scale projects such as new developments, large listings, etc.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations when needed.
  • Pull comparables, maps, listing and sale information from databases for research requests.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with brokerage community and real estate vendors.
  • Manages and plans events as needed to promote properties, as well as creates marketing materials such as presentation boards and takeaway pieces.
  • Manages social media accounts such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Shoots and edits basic video and audio for web consumption.
  • Leads and assists in new business development and client retention strategies.
  • Creates and loads web content and manages web presence on both brokerage team websites and corporate websites, updating various platforms accordingly.
  • Responsible for the execution of the overall brand and identity, working closely with the Director of Marketing & Research to drive the strategy and vision for marketing.
  • Works closely with Director of Marketing & Research on special projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Develops advertisements for business publications as needed.
  • Support and carry out activities related to the company core values of Service, Expertise, Community and Fun.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of business, project management, communications, marketing or real estate experience.
  • Experience in related efforts, including but not limited to marketing, event planning, graphic design.
  • Must be skilled with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop) preferred.
  • Knowledge of AP Style a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate and experience in commercial real estate processes a plus.
  • Ohio Notary Public or willingness to obtain Notary Public.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and able to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
