Marketing Lead Specialist
This role sits at the center of that experience-leading how we bring our safety innovations to life through customer events, technical demonstrations, and industry showcases.
You will play a critical role in transforming complex engineering solutions into compelling customer experiences that strengthen relationships, influence decisions, and position Autoliv as a trusted technology partner
In this role you will beresponsible for
Lead Customer Events & Technical Showcases:
  • Plan and deliver high-impact customer events, executive demonstrations, and trade shows
  • Design engaging, end-to-end customer experiences-from concept through execution
  • Own event strategy, messaging, and run of show

Bring Technology to Life:
  • Help translate complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling customer stories
  • Partner with Engineering, Advanced Technical Sales, and Business Units to highlight key technologies
  • Create narratives that showcase innovation and customer value

Shape Our Events Strategy:
  • Build and manage a portfolio of customer events and industry engagements
  • Establish priorities and monitor effectiveness

Capture Customer Insight:
  • Gather feedback from customer interactions
  • Ensure insights inform product development and strategy
What is required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
