We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented D2C Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives across the business. This role will help manage campaign operations, creative and asset delivery, reporting, calendar management, and cross-functional coordination across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail Marketing, and broader D2C initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment where priorities can shift quickly. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, execution, and operations.

Associate Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing asset delivery across internal teams, agencies, and creative partners
  • Support campaign setup, QA, review, and approval processes across Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail, and other digital marketing channels
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and promotional schedules
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for channel performance, campaign pacing, and business updates
  • Help ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time through detailed project management and cross-functional communication
  • Partner with internal teams including Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Retail Marketing to align campaign priorities
  • Support retail marketing initiatives, including local campaigns, store openings, and promotional planning
  • Monitor campaign performance trends and help identify optimization opportunities
  • Organize and maintain campaign documentation, creative libraries, trackers, and workflow processes
  • Assist in strategy development and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Ecommerce, and broader D2C marketing efforts
  • Help manage approvals and feedback loops between stakeholders, agencies, and channel partners
  • Participate in recurring business reviews, planning meetings, and seasonal campaign development

Required Education
  • (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, retail marketing, or marketing coordination

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing timelines, approvals, and cross-functional workflows across multiple campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Ecommerce, and Retail Marketing
  • Comfortable working with marketing calendars, reporting, and campaign operations
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and project management tools preferred
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com and tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience working with agencies or creative teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, ecommerce platforms, or reporting tools is a plus
  • Assists in developing and managing creative briefs across all business units to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
  • Owns communication and coordination with agency partners and internal cross-functional teams for assigned projects and deliverables
  • Maintains and distributes creative performance reporting, including campaign insights and key learnings
  • Provides strategic optimization recommendations and performance insights to support media strategists and campaign effectiveness
  • Supports execution of various ad hoc marketing, creative, and operational initiatives as needed
  • Helps streamline workflows and ensure timely completion of creative assets and deliverables across channels
