As theMarketing Director at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will lead the organization's marketing strategy, brand management, and integrated marketing initiatives to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and advance business objectives. You will provide strategic leadership across all marketing functions, ensuring campaigns, communications, and brand experiences align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth goals and business priorities.
  • Build comprehensive annual and campaign-based marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of brand standards and guidelines across all marketing channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience.
  • Partner closely with Outreach, Operations, Clinical, and executive leadership teams to identify business challenges and develop marketing solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Work with CMO to establish marketing as a strategic business partner by proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and demonstrating the value and impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making, performance measurement, and continuous optimization of campaigns and tactics.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activity, and industry developments to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems that clearly communicate marketing performance, return on investment (ROI), and organizational impact to leadership.
  • Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team while supporting professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in a marketing role, with 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.

Compensation:This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually.
