Job Summary:
HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Marketing Data Analyst. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in data analysis and marketing, responsible for collecting and transforming complex data sets to support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Collecting, inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling of complex data sets
โ€ข Identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making
โ€ข Advanced use of Survey or marketing software/platforms (ex:Qualtrics) and Microsoft Excel and various business intelligence and analytical tools
โ€ข Willingness to solve problems
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Advanced Microsoft Excel and survey software (ex: Qualtrics) skills
โ€ข Statistical software, Tableau, SQL, business intelligence software skills a plus
โ€ข Ability to apply statistical significance and marketing research analysis
โ€ข Experience with quantitative and qualitative data
โ€ข General knowledge of and experience with various marketing channels and data
