Position Overview
The Marketing Creative Coordinator is a hands-on creative role responsible for producing and managing visual and social media marketing assets across digital, print, video, and social platforms. This position blends graphic design, videography, photography, social media content creation, and digital advertising to support Conxxus’ brand, launches, community initiatives, and growth campaigns.
This role is ideal for a creative individual who is equally comfortable designing in Canva or Adobe, capturing real people and real moments, creating engaging social content, producing and editing short-form video, and using performance data to help optimize digital campaigns.They will work alongside both internal marketing team members and a contracted marketing agency to execute engaging and creative work under the Conxxus brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
  • Design branded marketing collateral including, but not limited to: social media graphics, digital ads, optimized website graphics, postcards, flyers, brochures, signage, billboards, printed ads, employee support materials, and community outreach materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign concepts and creative execution.
  • Develop creative assets that support paid, organic, promotional, and community-focused marketing initiatives.
Social Media Content Creation amp; Management
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content for Conxxus social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop concepts, capture footage, and produce and edit short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, TikToks, and other vertical video formats.
  • Produce social content that highlights Conxxus products, services, employees, customers, community involvement, events, and local stories.
  • Plan and develop content in alignment with marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and the overall social media strategy.
  • Write or collaborate on captions, headlines, calls to action, and other social copy.
  • Stay current on social media trends, formats, platform best practices, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Monitor social media performance and use engagement and content performance insights to inform future creative.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing the social media content calendar.
Digital Advertising amp; Performance
  • Support the development, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create and adapt graphics, videos, Reels, and other creative assets for Meta advertising.
  • Monitor Meta campaign performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions, cost per result, and other key performance indicators.
  • Work with marketing leadership to identify opportunities to improve creative performance, audience engagement, and campaign results.
  • Test creative concepts, messaging, formats, and calls to action to improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain awareness of Meta advertising best practices, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to connect paid social performance with overall campaign and business objectives.
Collaboration amp; Workflow
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, community development, engineering, and customer service teams to understand creative needs.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Support campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Ensure assets are reviewed, approved, and archived according to internal workflows.
  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute creative ideas across campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, videography, photography, digital marketing, or a related creative role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as:
    • Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
    • Video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
    • Meta Business Suite and/or Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience creating and editing short-form vertical video for social media.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Understanding of social media content strategy, platform best practices, and audience engagement.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising performance metrics and optimization.
  • Comfortable working in both structured campaigns and fast-turn environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for events, shoots, and community initiatives as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
  • Experience managing or optimizing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
  • Experience interpreting social media and paid advertising performance data.
  • Experience developing Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form video content.
  • Knowledge of brand guidelines and campaign workflows.
  • Experience in telecom, utilities, or community-based organizations is a plus.
