Position Overview
We're looking for a creative, highly organized Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life. This role supports a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, creative project coordination, trade shows, customer events, social media, and content. You'll support departments to keep projects moving, ensure exceptional event execution, and help create memorable experiences for our customers and partners.
This role balances ongoing marketing responsibilities with event support throughout the year. During peak event planning and onsite execution, responsibilities will naturally shift toward supporting Grover Gaming's trade shows and customer events. During quieter periods, focus will return to broader marketing initiatives, creative project coordination, and departmental support, providing a dynamic and well-rounded opportunity for growth.
What You'll Do
Marketing Campaign Support
  • Support marketing initiatives across social media, email campaigns, and customer communications

  • Assist with content creation, presentations, and marketing collateral

  • Support customer communications through email marketing, promotional merchandise, and other customer-facing marketing initiatives to strengthen engagement and enhance the overall customer experience

Trade Show & Event Planning
  • Coordinate logistics for assigned trade shows, conventions, customer events, and internal meetings

  • Manage exhibitor registrations, sponsorship deliverables, event deadlines, and planning timelines

  • Coordinate booth services, shipping, vendor communications, and product requests

  • Assist with attendee registration, hotel rooming lists, travel coordination, and event scheduling

  • Support booth layouts, event planning documentation, and project timelines

  • Track event budgets, expense reports, and event proformas

  • Maintain event Teams sites, planning documents, and project files

Administrative & Project Coordination
  • Schedule planning meetings and maintain action item trackers

  • Process purchasing orders, invoices, and vendor payments

  • Maintain event calendars, marketing calendars, and master planning documents

  • Prepare presentations, executive summaries, reports, and meeting materials
